Fix 8. Decrease the TimeOutValue

Step 1. Open the Registry Editor like Step 1 in Fix 7.
Step 2. Locate the following path via the left-hand panel.

Step 3. With the Disk folder selected, double TimeOutValue, set its Value data to 30 or lower, and click on OK. Then restart your computer to make the change take effect.
